Luna is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind, including medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice, and is not a crisis service. If you are in distress, please contact a qualified professional or a local emergency service.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your password secure. One person, one account. Do not share, sell, or transfer your account.
Certain features require a paid time pass ("Pro"). Passes are one-time purchases that grant access for a stated duration. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, passes do not auto-renew and we do not store or automatically re-bill your payment method.
Payment is accepted via supported methods, which may include cryptocurrency and, where available, card and wallet payments processed by third-party payment providers. Prices are shown at checkout. You authorize us (and our payment providers) to charge the amount shown for the pass you select.

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any attempt to solicit or generate such content will result in immediate termination and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
The Service, its software, branding, and generated content are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own entertainment. You may not use our content commercially.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. AI output may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unexpected. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your expectations. Luna is fiction and entertainment; do not rely on it for real-world decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the Service or other users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
