This Privacy Policy explains how Luna (talktoluna.co) handles your information. We built Luna with discretion at its core and collect as little as we reasonably can.

1. Information we collect

• Account: your email address and a hashed password (we never store your password in plain text). Google sign-in provides your basic profile if you choose it.
• Conversations: your chat messages and the AI's replies, so Luna can remember your conversation and personalize replies. You can request deletion (see below).
• Usage: basic technical data such as approximate access times and IP address (via our server logs and reverse proxy), used for security and abuse prevention.
• Payments: when you pay, the transaction is handled by a third-party payment provider or the public blockchain. We do not receive or store your full card number. For crypto, we see only public on-chain data (address, amount, transaction id).

2. How we use it

• to provide, personalize, and maintain the Service (including Luna's memory of your chats);
• to process payments and grant access to paid passes;
• to keep the Service secure and prevent fraud and abuse;
• to respond to your support requests.

3. Third parties we use

We share the minimum necessary with service providers who help us run Luna: our AI/model provider (to generate replies), our voice provider (to generate speech), our payment providers (to process payments), and our hosting/infrastructure provider. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

4. Cookies

We use a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Data retention & deletion

We keep your account and conversation data while your account is active. You may request access to, or deletion of, your data at any time by contacting support@talktoluna.co. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data except where we must retain limited records for legal, security, or payment-dispute reasons.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and minimize what we hold.

7. Age

Luna is for adults (18+) only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the Service, contact us immediately.

8. International transfers

Our providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise them, contact support@talktoluna.co.
