Refunds & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains billing, cancellation, and refunds for Luna (talktoluna.co). It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. One-time passes — no recurring charges

Luna sells one-time time passes ("Pro"), not automatically-renewing subscriptions. A pass grants access for the duration shown at checkout and then simply expires. We do not auto-renew and do not store your payment method for future charges, so there is nothing to "cancel" to stop recurring billing — no future charge is ever made unless you choose to buy another pass.

2. Cancelling / stopping

To stop using Luna, simply stop purchasing passes. You can also delete your account at any time by contacting support@talktoluna.co.

Passes are digital goods that are delivered and usable immediately upon payment, so they are generally non-refundable. However, we want you treated fairly:

Email support@talktoluna.co with your account email and, if available, the transaction date/amount or transaction id. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

5. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve issues faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback for a service you used may result in account termination.
