"Luna" and every persona, message, voice, and image on Luna are entirely fictional and produced by artificial intelligence. They do not depict, and are not based on, any real, identifiable person. Any resemblance to a real individual is coincidental and unintended.
Every character and persona presented by Luna is depicted as an adult (18+). We design and operate the Service to prevent content that depicts, describes, or implies minors in any sexual context.
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content that sexualizes minors, and for non-consensual content or content depicting real people without consent. Attempts to solicit or generate such content are strictly prohibited, will result in immediate termination, and may be reported to law-enforcement and relevant hotlines.
Because all content offered on Luna is computer-generated and does not involve any real human performers, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75 do not apply. No actual human beings are depicted in any visual content produced by the Service.
